Dr. Anjan Goswami is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Mahindra University, where he teaches entrepreneurship, strategy, innovation, and venture creation while actively mentoring founders and building industry-academia collaborations. He also serves as a Start-up Mentor at Atal Incubation Centre (AIC Mahindra E-Hub) under Niti Aayog, Govt of India, supporting early-stage ventures in strategy, execution, business model innovation, and growth.

Dr Goswami holds a PhD in Operations Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore). His research lies at the intersection of Behavioural Operations, Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, and Execution Excellence, with a particular focus on understanding how founders, organisations, and smallholder ecosystems translate knowledge into consistently superior execution. His scholarly work includes research papers under consideration in FT50 journals, alongside manuscripts currently under review with the IIMB Management Review, reflecting his commitment to producing rigorous, practice-oriented research with global relevance.

A serial entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership experience spanning agribusiness, digital platforms, startups, and international business, Dr. Goswami has founded and scaled multiple ventures while advising organisations on innovation, strategy, and operational excellence. He is also a Visiting Faculty at IIM Sambalpur, MANAGE (National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management), the National School of Business, and IPMT, where he delivers executive education and management development programmes in entrepreneurship, innovation, business strategy, and venture scaling.
