Meghana Mukherjee Salvi is an entrepreneur, writer and market research enthusiast. She completed her graduation in mathematics, followed by a master’s degree in economics from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Throughout her college tenure, she was a part of the debate society and actively participated in literary events. She likes to study the market, analyse trends, and talk about everything related to economics and the poultry industry.

She followed in her father’s footsteps to set foot in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. Before joining the poultry industry, she worked as a content curator and marketing specialist for platforms such as Pepper Content, Qrius (The Indian Economist), and Yocket and has developed an integrated, user-friendly marketing community. Also, she has trained several UPSC candidates in Indian economy and public policy during her time at Ufaber. Meghana has donned multiple hats in formulating content for several industries, from creating specific academic content to market research reports.

She started her entrepreneurial journey as the Director of Glamac International Pvt. Ltd., a leading livestock feed additive company. At Glamac, she leads the strategic planning and business transformation for the poultry segment in Maharashtra. She is also responsible for Glamac’s digital transformation. Her role requires optimising and managing digital tools, processes, and platforms to ensure seamless workflows. She analyses and assesses the performance of these digital tools to identify areas for improvement and implement key digital strategies to enhance productivity and widen brand reach.

Not only is she a budding entrepreneur, but she is also a passionate writer. In just a little less than two years in the poultry industry, she has authored multiple articles for different poultry magazines. Her key expertise lies in strategy building, business expansion, and market and trend analysis.

Meghana is a bibliophile from Bombay, living with her husband and exceptional in-laws. Bumping into a good book is always a guilty pleasure for her.
